Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not available. However, if your product shows damage or tear, we will replace your order at no charge if you provide an image/video for proof of your damaged order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Discounted orders are not eligible for refunds.

Subscription renewals cannot be refunded unless a cancellation request was attempted prior to the order being processed. 

If your order has been processed, a refund/cancellation is no longer valid.

Our subscription service cannot be canceled until at least 1 shipment has been delivered to you. Once your first shipment has been delivered, you can cancel at any time by emailing us at meow@shopcatbox.com with your order number.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days).
