Here are the founders of CatBox! Dani (left) and Alex (right). Then our fur babies Mochi (left) and Wonton (right). Meet our little family!
We grew up with animals our entire lives. Dani's family always had cats, and my family always had dogs. I never expected to have that same love for cats as I do for dogs.
Why we started CatBox
After Dani and I moved in together, I found myself a little lonely during the day working from home by myself. At first we considered getting a dog, but we didn't think it was fair to get a dog and keep it confined to a tiny apartment. Then, we decided to adopt Wonton & Mochi and I completely fell in love with them. Their chirping, always laying down for belly rubs, and always sleeping between my legs makes me so happy. They're without a doubt my best buds and I wouldn't trade them for the world.
As time went on, we felt bad that we couldn't take all of the kittens that were up for adoption. Of course we wanted to, but we weren't allowed to have 10 cats in our apartment. Lame, right?
We spoiled our cats with countless toys and treats and we felt that it was only right for all cats to feel that loved. So, we decided to start CatBox to not only make our customers' cats happy, but to also do everything we can for cats that aren't as fortunate.
With the help of our amazing customers, we donate a portion of profits from every single order to small shelters across the U.S. because all cats deserve to feel loved.
